FlowSimple is a CRM for small home service contractors: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, lawn care. A job moves from lead to estimate, schedule, field work and payment without anyone retyping it.
I led the team and made the architecture calls. We built it as a PWA so the office runs it on a laptop and the crew runs it on their phones, from one codebase.
- 01Three roles. Owners see everything, managers run operations, crew only see their assigned jobs.
- 02Estimates go out as a public link and PDF. Customers accept, decline or ask for changes from their phone.
- 03Day, week and month scheduling with crew assignment and recurring jobs.
- 04Crew view with Google Maps directions, checklists and photo uploads from the browser camera.
- 05Revenue, win rate and lead source reports, with CSV export.
